Medical Student Rotations
Clerkships
Oregon Pacific Area Health Health Education Center was established to improve the education, training,
and distribution of health care professionals in Benton, Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Polk, Tillamook and Yamhill Counties.
Each year, up to thirty medical, physician assistant, pharmacy and nurse practitioner students
are provided housing for two to eight week rural rotations.
Oregon Pacific Area Health Education Center works with students on their community projects and
helps them find ways to have a positive experience while working in small communities.
