Joann grew up in Central Oregon loving sports and being active in many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and playing in the snow. She was part of the track team in high school and college. After working several years in the retail business, Joann decided to go back to school to follow her true passion and become a personal trainer. She has vast experience in personal training and enjoys working with individuals at all levels of fitness, and understands that the definition of fitness is different for each person. In her free time, Joann loves to be outside working in her yard or hiking. Joann handles the individual needs of all SamFit members at our Albany, Oregon location such as personal training, health coaching, chronic disease management, weight reduction, sport specific training, nutrition guidance, health assessments, education and program design

Nourishing Change Workouts

Month 3

2-3 sets of 60 seconds long reps; resting 15-30 seconds in between exercises:

  • Lower Body: Deadlifts

  • Lower Body: Lunges

  • Upper Body: Chest Press

  • Upper Body: Rows

  • Core: Wood Chops
